Given the nature of the goods sold here we will not accept opened packages for return. There is a 30 day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase on unopened merchandise which does not include any shipping costs either to or from S & N Veterinary and Medical Supplies, LLC. After 30 days unopened goods can be returned for up to 1 year for refund of actual cost minus a 50% restocking fee. No shipping fees will be refunded.

We do not manufacture any of our products and thus have no direct control. We do however use all of our products in our own clinic and monitor for any problems carefully. We take any reports of problems with our suture extremely seriously. If you have even the slightest concern please contact us to report the problem. It is the physician's responsibility to understand the limitations and characterisitics of the suture they choose. We always recommend at least 4 throws on simple interrupted suture lines and 5 throws on continuous lines. Any refunds for products that are recalled or deemed defective will be limited to the price of the product. We will not reimburse any medical expenses related to problems that resulted from any surgical or other procedure. It is generally impossible to assign cause in such instances and suture problems are just one of the many risks involved with surgical and medical procedures.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a S & N Veterinary Supplies, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, S & N Veterinary Supplies, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. S & N Veterinary Supplies, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, S & N Veterinary Supplies, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
